Rental Charges

  • Prices quoted are per week for the rental of the villa and are charged on a weekly basis (7 nights) at the prevailing rate for the dates booked.
  • For bookings longer than 7 nights that do not amount to complete weeks, we charge pro-rata for each additional night past the full week (weekly rate divided by 7 multiplied by number of nights).
  • You will have access to the villa from 4pm onwards on the day of your arrival and are expected to leave by 12 noon on the day of your departure. Please bear this in mind when booking night flights.
  • Heating, air conditioning, linen and bath towels are all included in the price of the weekly rental. Please bring your own beach towels for use around the pool or on the beach.


  • A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the rental is payable to secure a booking. This can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Bookings can only be confirmed once your deposit has been received.
  • The balance is payable by cheque or bank transfer no later than 10 weeks prior to date of arrival. The balance payment must also include payment of any optional extras that have been ordered to ensure they are booked eg. cots, high chairs, etc.
  • We also ask for a refundable deposit of £150 with all bookings. This is to be added to the balance payment and will be returned to you once the villa has been checked on your departure. If breakages/damages have occurred, the cost of replacements will be deducted and the balance returned to you within 14 days of your departure from the villa.
  • Please report any breakages, damage to the property or any other problem as soon as it occurs.
  • Please note, if your holiday is cancelled within 10 weeks of your holiday for reasons out of our control, or you need to leave during your stay, you will not be refunded your payment.


  • No smoking is permitted inside the villa at any time.
  • Due to the climate, please ensure no foodstuffs are left out and all work surfaces are clean as this will attract ants and cockroaches.
  • The Escape is cleaned before you arrive and we would ask you to keep the villa tidy at all times. There are washing facilities for cleaning towels and linen, if you so wish. This allows us to keep our rental costs down.
  • No letting or sub-letting is permitted and the persons named when booking.
  • We reserve right of access to the property at any reasonable time during the rental period.
  • We endeavour to ensure all appliances, fixtures and fittings are in good working order but cannot guarantee their availability at all times.
  • A person authorised by us will visit the property twice weekly in the summer months and once a week in the winter months to clean and maintain the swimming pool.
  • The private swimming pool is available for your enjoyment. There is no life-guard present and safety is the responsibility of the rental party.
  • Keys will be given to you on arrival at the property and must be left in the property on departure.
  • All doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property for any period of time and all air conditioning should be turned off.
